One Zabeel - Dubai

One&Only One Za'abeel is Dubai’s first vertical resort, located at the edge of Zabeel Park, the Emirate’s original green lung, facing the Dubai World Trade Centre. Japanese architect Nikken Sekkei designed the building as a pair of asymmetrical towers connected via a cantilevered podium called The Link. It holds the record as the world’s longest cantilever, floating 100 meters above the city, and is also home to Dubai’s longest infinity pool, built in eight separate pieces.

Preciosa pushed its creative and innovative boundaries for One Za'abeel, designing and producing 95% of the decorative lighting for the entire property. With over 300 hand-blown, Bohemian crystal art pieces decorating the hotel's 70 exclusive spaces, Preciosa Lighting brings a new layer of luxury, blending tradition and innovation in an unparalleled sensorial experience.

The diverse range of lighting we designed and produced includes modern decorative pieces, with two featuring dynamic lighting scenes, as well as various types of Bohemian crystal cut chandeliers from our Collection’s portfolio. Also noteworthy are our Signature Designs, perfectly meeting the client’s vision for timeless design.

Crystal Forest Installation

Eighteen crystal trees in various dimensions are suspended from the ceiling, featuring nearly 7,000 crystal rods, each one individually controllable, enabling dynamic lighting scenes.
